根據EUCARIS的說明，製造商可以選擇某一會員國的NAP。並非每個會員國都必須提供自己的製造商接入點。應向營運方確認組織文件、帳號權限及提交條件。

RDW表示其NAP已可申請連線，但仍須確認製造商權限、IVI版本、憑證及測試條件。英國VCA入口網站和API應與歐盟NAP連線分別規劃。
